How Should I Store Them Once I Get Them Home?

I like to get them out of the plastic container they come in, put them in a square or rectangular shaped container with a little paper towel in the bottom and some on top and eat within a few days or up to a week after purchase.

Can Blueberries Be Frozen?

Absolutely.  They are then perfect to cook with (cakes, biscuits, cheesecakes, desserts, etc.) or put into smoothie, juices or whatever takes your fancy.

You Sell Freeze Dried Blueberries – what is the difference between Freeze Dried and Air Dried (dehydrated) Blueberries?

Freeze Dried blueberries have been through a very different process, they are put into a machine that takes the berries down to extremes of temperature (up to minus 175 degrees Celsius) for 2 weeks to extract all the moisture out of the berries. They come out with an incredibly intense blueberry flavour and being crunchy and will keep for up to 3 years as long as they are not exposed to moisture (air). Most of their nutritional content is retained.

Air dried blueberries are dehydrated by having hot air blown around them for up to 2 days and not all the moisture is extracted. Air dried blueberries are soft and pliable and do not have the level of intense flavour of freeze dried blueberries.
