Nestled in the rolling hills of the Mid North Coast of NSW near Macksville, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, is Blushing Blueberries, a family owned and operated business using only organic and some biodynamic practices to grow certified organic blueberries.
Established in 2015, we work in harmony with nature to produce the most nutrient dense, tasty and nutritious blueberries possible.
Healthy soil means healthy plants that are less prone to pests and diseases and our plants are absolutely bursting with strong healthy growth.
We picked our very first certified organic crop of blueberries in Spring 2017 and initially sourced blueberries from other local growers around us. We will be using more and more of our own berries as our plants produce more fruit.
We sell our handmade range of products through discerning retailers, at Farmers Markets and at Food and Wine Festivals.
WOW!! In 2017 our Blueberry Shrub Cordial won Silver Medals at the Australian Food Awards in Melbourne and the Royal Sydney Food Awards. Our Blueberry Drizzle Dessert Sauce a Bronze Medal. Not a bad effort for first time entries!
