Shrub is an old fashioned style of cordial (the word shrub apparently comes from the Arabic word Sharab, meaning to drink) and it is far from being a ‘typical’ cordial. Our Blueberry Shrub contains fresh blueberries and apple cider vinegar that perfectly balances the sweetness of the berries and gives a slight tang. It is a wonderfully refreshing thirst quencher with either soda water or sparkling mineral water and it’s fabulous with vodka, gin or champagne, plus is a great base for cocktails. An acidulated beverage that’s currently right on trend. FREE of any preservatives or artificial colours.

This fresh & zesty oil is an infusion of cold-pressed lemon oil and locally grown extra virgin olive oil.
Wonderful drizzled over leafy salads and followed with a dash or two of our Caramelised Blueberry Balsamic, or combine the two for a bread dipper, or simply use on it's own for a fresh lemon flavour with grilled haloumi, seafood, bbq'd fish or chicken.

This fresh and zesty oil is an infusion of cold-pressed orange oil and locally grown extra virgin olive oil.
